Rooted in Christ
Planting Seeds for a Lifetime

At Calvary, we believe in the biblical promise to "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6). Our mission is to provide a safe, vibrant environment where students of all ages can encounter the "true living word" and build a foundation that lasts a lifetime.

Building a Foundation (Ages 3–5)
Led by Sister Tammy Bryant, our youngest members begin their journey of faith in a space filled with heart and spirit. We believe it is never too early to start planting seeds of the Word, and Sister Tammy ensures every child feels the love of Jesus from their very first lesson.

Discipleship for the Next Generation (Ages 6–9)
As our students grow, our youth ministry—led by the dynamic team of Trevor and Britanii McWhorter—shifts into high gear. They bring a relatable, high-energy approach to discipleship, focusing on guiding students through the unique challenges of modern life while keeping them anchored in Christ.

A Sanctuary for Teens (Ages 10–13)
Navigating the transition into young adulthood requires a bridge built on trust and truth. Led by Tammy Smothers and Savannah Neal, our teen ministry serves as a sanctuary. It is a place where students can be real about their struggles, find honest community, and stay rooted in their faith.

419 Youth Worship Services
"Until Christ is formed in you." — Galatians 4:19 Faith isn’t a destination; it’s a process. On the final Wednesday of every month, we host our 4:19 Services—a dedicated space for our youth to grow, connect, and be transformed.
